RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

 

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order; an email has to be sent within 3 days upon product delivery, stating reason of return/exchange.

 

Merchandise must be returned in original condition with attached price tickets and must be accompanied by the packing list or original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition to be valid for a refund.

We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility.

After inspection, we will notify you via email approving or rejecting the refund based on the condition of the merchandise. If your request of refund is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your credit card which was originally used within 15 to 30 days.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Exchanges will only be made if items were delivered to you in a damaged state, Free of charge.

 

ITEMS UNDER THE SAME PRICE MAY BE EXCHANGED WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) to reverse the transaction.
